Award winning Chef

Cathal Armstrong

Award winning Chef Cathal Armstrong started his career in Dublin, Ireland. He moved to the US in 1990 where he worked for esteemed chefs Jeffrey Buben and Greggory Hill before opening his own renowned 4 star dining destination; Restaurant Eve in Alexandria. Cathal’s passion is for the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Josh Jarvis

Chef Josh knows every station in the kitchen, from garde manger to pastry to sous chef, he pursued a formal pastry education at the renowned L’Academie de Cuisine, graduating top of his class, In Restaurant Eve, with Cathal Armstrong he improved an already world class pastry kitchen, and honed his passion for local produce, hospitality, and cooking with love.

Chef Tina

Chef Tina Castle was raised in Iowa where she was heavily influenced on the importance of home made, local ingredients by her grandmother, the wife of a farmer, master at baking and home cooked meals. Tinatrained at L’Academy de Cuisine. Tina has worked at Restaurant Eve, Hummingbird DC favorite coffee shop The Wydown and Pluma
